How QuizAce Stays Invisible
Four layers of stealth that make QuizAce impossible for LMS platforms to detect.
No Tab Switching
QuizAce works directly on the quiz page. You never leave the tab, so Canvas and Blackboard never log a "left page" event.
No LMS Network Requests
QuizAce never communicates with your LMS servers. Zero requests to Canvas, Blackboard, or any university system.
Extension Sandbox
Chrome extensions run in an isolated sandbox. Websites cannot enumerate or detect installed extensions — this is a Chrome security feature.
No Screen Activity
QuizAce displays answers in a minimal overlay that disappears when you're done. No new windows, no popups, no visible changes to the page.
What Your LMS Can vs Can't See

- Copy/paste events (some platforms)
What LMS CANNOT See
- Your installed Chrome extensions
- What's on your screen
- Extension activity or overlays
- Requests to non-LMS servers
- Your browsing history or other tabs

Undetectable on Every Major LMS
Undetectable Quiz Solver — FAQ
Can my professor detect QuizAce?
No. QuizAce runs entirely within your browser extension, which is invisible to websites. Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Google Forms, and Moodle cannot see your installed extensions, what's on your screen, or your clipboard contents.
Does QuizAce cause tab-switching alerts?
No. QuizAce works within the quiz page itself — you never leave the tab. Tab-switching detection (used by Canvas and Blackboard) only fires when you navigate away from the page. Since QuizAce keeps you on the page, no events are triggered.
Does QuizAce make network requests to LMS servers?
No. QuizAce reads the quiz page locally in your browser and sends questions to our AI servers only. It never communicates with Canvas, Blackboard, or any LMS server. There is no trace in LMS network logs.
What about Respondus LockDown Browser?
Respondus LockDown Browser is a separate desktop application that locks your entire computer to the quiz window. QuizAce does not work inside Respondus. However, most online quizzes do not use Respondus.
Is QuizAce safe to use during proctored exams?
QuizAce is designed for standard online quizzes (no lockdown browser). For exams using ProctorU, Honorlock, or Respondus, the proctoring software may restrict Chrome extensions. QuizAce works best on regular Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Google Forms, and Moodle quizzes.
